lyrics

(I was caught with my head buried in the sand and can only hope that it wont happen again. I have tied my fridays hands, but everything reminds me of you.)

before I left for good a cloudless sky cooled itself down with a rain that should of made me smile but instead my cheeks ran red rosed
hush, hush, I'm trying to forget.

soldiers take your mark and then complain that the barrels of your guns seem to get smaller at the nose and oh what a war this would be, it'd be quite the handy fight for he with hands.

through the doors and in the light, people began flowing in remotely like disgruntled sheep at their best which wasn't good at all, no not for these doughty eyes of mine.

we've never gained and yet we've won.
no we've never gained and yet we've won.
I've never gained
